Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a valuable therapy which can facilitate the release of past traumas and decondition established habits. Even though our personal unconscious only ever seeks to promote our well-being it can often be the seat of faulty learning from our childhood, leading to low self-esteem, under achievement and stress.

I believe that we all have the inner resources to live our lives to the full, and free from limiting beliefs, negative thinking, unhelpful behaviour patterns and emotional baggage from the past. Sometimes we lose touch with just how amazing our inner resources are and then problems like anxiety, lack of confidence, poor motivation, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, etc. can reduce the quality and enjoyment of life. Habits, phobias, or poor lifestyle choices can let us down. However none of these problems have to be permanent and most can be changed quite quickly, and with the assistance of a skilled hypnotherapist it’s possible to use the hypnotic state to make deep and lasting changes to thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Working in conjuntion with more traditional therapy, I believe that hypnotherapy as an integrative therapy has an important part to play in achieving well-being.

Standard hourly rate - £60.00
Prebooking 4 sessions - £220.00
6 sessions - £300.00
